Loretta Ross Award


Every year, Ted Zaharko, owner/broker of Royal LePage Foothills recognizes a volunteer within the company who has shown outstanding commitment to helping others. This commitment is recognized by the presentation of the Loretta Ross Award and a cheque for $1000.00 of which the recipient can donate to the charity of their choice. I was honoured to be selected as the 2009 recipient of the Loretta Ross Award recognizing my efforts on the Royal LePage Foothills Shelter Foundation.

2009
For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers, and sustaining members, attaining the Diamond, Director's Platinum or President's Gold Award, five out of seven consecutive years.

2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 

The threshold level required to attain the Director's Platinum Award is the top five percent of each residential market's sales representatives' earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

 

Presidents Gold

2005 

The threshold level required to attain the President's Gold Award is the top 6th-10th percentile of each residential market's sales representatives' earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

The threshold level required to attain the Master Sales Award is the top 11th-20th percentile of each residential market's sales representatives' earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.
