A lifelong Alberta resident, Debra combines her small town values with an outstanding knowledge of our great city. She was born in Edmonton, Alberta and raised in “small town” Alberta, where she learned the value of family and community. These values form the basis of her real estate service philosophy to this day. As a 27 year resident of Calgary, she has a solid knowledge of the city and applies this knowledge to the benefits of newcomers and lifelong residents alike.
Debra knows the values that make up our community and lives them every day in her personal and business life. As a wife and mother she has always been involved in volunteering and for her two daughters activities from supporting her daughters Silver Medal Provincial soccer team, team managing the Black Gold synchronized skating team to organizing charity auctions. In addition to the family she is committed to being a volunteer in her business community She is currently the Chair for the Royal LePage Foothills Shelter Foundation.
Debra has amassed a truly unique set of skills that she carries with her every day in serving her family of clients. She has over 20 years experience in sales, building service trades and office management. Her knowledge of construction, and attention to the business of real estate gives her a strong insight into all of the issues that make a home a great investment. Add to this a personal flair for interior design and decorating and you have a truly unique realty resource.
Debra Sonmor combines enthusiasm into all aspects of her career and it shows. In the past 5 years Debra has achieved Royal Lepage Master Sales status in 2004, Presidents Gold in 2005 and Directors Platinum in 2006 and again in 2007.
